Pulse integrations
PulseGuard, PulseTickets, Pulse Snapshot, and approved services.
Start here
Connect a Pulse product and verify its health
PulseOne → Dashboard → select your server → Modules → Pulse integrations
Open Modules → Pulse integrations → Pulse integrations configuration.
Under Linked services find the supported Pulse product and its current connection state.
Review Health and repair policy before enabling any automatic repair or service changes.
Authorize the available scoped handoff for that product, then test a safe link or health check.
Verify the service's connection status and review any errors from its owning dashboard.
Practical example
Use a scoped service health check instead of copying an API key into Discord.
Before you begin
- No module dependency listed.
- Discord bot permissions for the operational slice: .
- Review staff roles and channel access in your server before using the feature.
Overview of the setup
Before you begin
Identify the external Pulse product and whether a supported signed handoff is available.
Configure
Connect using only the provided scoped flow, never sharing an API secret in public channels.
Test and verify
Inspect connection health, then test a narrow action and its audit/recovery path.
Features explained
What each feature does and what to check before publishing or installing the result.
Pulse product health
Product health surfaces operational status without giving the dashboard unrelated admin rights.
Narrow signed handoffs
Signed handoffs use bounded data references rather than unrestricted cross-product access.
Repair and deep-link actions
Repair/deep-link actions should take staff to the owning product for privileged changes.
If it still does not work
- Service missing? Only supported integrations appear under Linked services.
- Connection failed? Review product authorization and verify the other service is healthy.
Troubleshooting and safety checks
- Handoff rejected? Confirm product connectivity, signed reference validity, scopes and the receiving account.
- If a capability is unavailable in the UI, check the module's current rollout/availability instead of assuming every roadmap item is live.
