Analytics
Privacy-conscious aggregate server insights.
Start here
Enable metrics and inspect real server activity
PulseOne → Dashboard → select your server → Modules → Analytics
Open Modules → Analytics → Analytics configuration.
Under Tracking choose activity sources; use Exemptions to exclude accounts or channels where appropriate.
Open Last 30 days to review totals once metrics have been collected.
For recurring delivery, open Scheduled reports, select sections and a schedule, then save.
Check Recent generated reports for successful output and an accurate time range.
Practical example
Measure weekly member activity while excluding automated bot channels and compare against the previous week.
Before you begin
- No module dependency listed.
- Discord bot permissions for the operational slice: ViewChannel, SendMessages, EmbedLinks.
- Review staff roles and channel access in your server before using the feature.
Overview of the setup
Before you begin
Select a server and inspect the data range before interpreting activity numbers.
Configure
Choose the module outcome and community growth measures relevant to your goals.
Test and verify
Compare time periods and check metric definitions before exporting or scheduling a report.
Features explained
What each feature does and what to check before publishing or installing the result.
Server growth and activity trends
Growth and activity charts summarize guild-scoped signals rather than exposing private message bodies.
Module outcome reporting
Module outcome reports show activity of enabled tools and their recorded results.
Purpose-labeled scheduled reports
Scheduled reporting should label the period and metric definitions so comparisons are meaningful.
If it still does not work
- Empty chart? Check Tracking configuration and whether any qualifying events have arrived.
- Misleading comparison? Confirm metric definitions, date ranges and exemptions.
Troubleshooting and safety checks
- A chart is empty? Check data range, module activation and whether the underlying events have been recorded.
- If a capability is unavailable in the UI, check the module's current rollout/availability instead of assuming every roadmap item is live.
