Forms
Lightweight forms, submissions, and review queues.
Start here
Publish an application form and review its submissions
PulseOne → Dashboard → select your server → Modules → Forms
Open Modules → Forms → Forms configuration.
Under Review routing choose Review channel and Decision notification channel.
Under Submission rules configure roles/cooldowns. In Reviewers and export choose who can see submissions.
Open Forms to create a form. Under Fields define up to five Discord modal inputs; review the Published setting.
Submit a form with a test member; open Submissions to verify its review status and approve/deny workflow.
Practical example
Use a short application form with a name, availability and motivation field; send submissions to a staff-only channel.
Before you begin
- No module dependency listed.
- Discord bot permissions for the operational slice: ViewChannel, SendMessages, EmbedLinks.
- Review staff roles and channel access in your server before using the feature.
Overview of the setup
Before you begin
Define a form with necessary typed fields and a clear reason for collecting each answer.
Configure
Publish the form to a small audience; submit an example and review it through the staff queue.
Test and verify
Test approval, rejection and export permissions before distributing a public application link.
Features explained
What each feature does and what to check before publishing or installing the result.
Versioned form builder
Versioned fields help reviewers know which questions an applicant actually answered.
Simple review queues
Review queues separate pending from decided submissions and limit who can see details.
Decisions and bounded exports
Decisions and bounded exports help staff process records without indefinite uncontrolled copies.
If it still does not work
- Form missing from Discord? Check Published status and module runtime.
- More than five fields? Discord modal limits are five fields for this implementation.
Troubleshooting and safety checks
- Answers missing? Check form version, required fields, submission limits and reviewer access.
- If a capability is unavailable in the UI, check the module's current rollout/availability instead of assuming every roadmap item is live.
